In Chattanooga, the busiest days for florists are Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and the weeks before prom and Christmas, when prices rise and delivery windows fill up, so order several days ahead. Across Tennessee, delivery fees depend on distance, and hospitals and funeral homes have their own drop-off hours. For a wedding, book a consultation six to twelve months out and bring photos and a budget; for sympathy flowers, the shop can deliver straight to the funeral home if you give the service time. Chattanooga is in Tennessee, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Chattanooga is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Tennessee's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Kathy at Chantilly Lace Floral Boutique created two beautiful standing sprays and an additional arrangement for my mom's funeral. The flowers were absolutely stunning, fresh, and exceeded our expectations. Her compassion, attention to detail, and exceptional talent helped us honor my mom in a truly beautiful way. Thank you so much.

I ordered an arrangement for my mom for Mother’s Day. It was so pretty and she really loved it. Only issue was that it was delivered to the wrong address by mistake. I understand that it’s a really busy time around Mother’s Day so it was no big deal. My neighbor was kind enough to bring it to me.

I was gifted these roses by my husband. He went directly on to the website owned by this business and ordered the flowers. They were unfortunately the worst arrangement I have ever received. The water is dirty. The vase is dirty. There are only five roses and the arrangement you see pictured below My husband paid $80 for When I called the florist. They were extremely rude. They would not refund any of my money I was offered another flower arrangement however, after what I’ve seen from that establishment, I would not want another arrangement. I felt like a refund was fair. They went on about how he ordered flowers through a wire service. However, they are the ones who arranged the flowers. It is their card with their business and their business phone number making them responsible. After the terrible service I have received from this business I will not recommend this florist to anyone else nor will my husband or myself I use this florist again.

Amazing! I called for a same day delivery arrangement that was cat friendly (the recipient has 3). The shop was so kind and accommodating and delivered a beautiful bouquet within a few hours. They made the process so easy! Would absolutely order from here again.

Got flowers sent to my sister for being my support during my cancer treatment. I told what I wanted and they delivered beyond my expectations. My sister was so surprised and loved them. A typo was on the card and they called the delivery driver back and fixed it. So didn't need to call the driver back but this is the top notch customer service they have. Wish I could give more than 5*s.
